Use cases

From API to a finished experience.

Concrete examples of how to put the ADITUS API to work inside your own products — step by step, linked straight into the matching reference.

Example 01

Ticket sales inside your own event app

Want to sell tickets in your own event app? No problem. Every feature of the ADITUS ticket shop is available directly in your app through the matching API. A sale or a voucher redemption can be integrated with little effort.

You decide how many of the API's functions you use — and which ones you handle yourself. Our Discovery Assortment endpoint returns the complete list of sellable products including prices, images and descriptions — fully localized, of course. From there it is only a few steps to checkout: use the payment providers configured in the ADITUS system, or handle payment yourself.

  1. 1

    Load the assortment

The Discovery Assortment endpoint returns every sellable product including prices, images and descriptions — fully localized.

  2. 2

    Select & cart

Your users pick tickets right in the app — the cart is assembled in just a few steps.

  3. 3

    Buyer details

Fast entry of buyer details — you decide which fields you collect.

  4. 4

From ticket scan straight into your marketing machine

The moment visitors enter your show, their attention is at 100%. They are open, curious and ready to interact. You seize exactly this split second: with our live webhooks you turn the analog entry into a digital starting signal and trigger exactly the interaction you want in that very moment. That way you reach your visitors not at some random time, but precisely when their excitement is at its peak — marketing can't get more relevant than that. Our wide range of webhook connections wire you seamlessly into your marketing machine.

Every scan at the entrance becomes a trigger: ADITUS sends the event in real time as a webhook to your connected systems — from Salesforce and HubSpot to mailing and automation services. From there your campaigns start automatically: personalized welcome emails, follow-ups or lead handovers to sales. And because every event flows together, you see the impact straight in your dashboard.

  1. 1

    Scan at entry

The ticket is scanned at the entrance or booth — check-in is confirmed in seconds.

  2. 2

    Real-time webhook

ADITUS instantly fires a webhook with the event to your configured endpoints.

  3. 3

    Marketing automation

Salesforce, HubSpot & co. take over — emails, follow-ups and lead routing kick off automatically.

No duplicate headaches: you don't have to check what's already there yourself. Our API recognizes existing tickets, updates them live and adds new ones. And the moment the data lands in the system, the tickets are immediately valid for entry — features like badge printing at the door work without any delay.

  1. 1

    Import tickets

Hand over external tickets and attendee data through our import endpoints — no matter which registration system they come from.

  2. 2

    Automatic reconciliation

No duplicate headaches: the API recognizes existing tickets, updates them live and creates new ones.

  3. 3

  1. 1

    Clever pre-sync

Pull all attendee data for your event up front and keep your app database effortlessly up to date.

  2. 2

    On-demand lookup

Fetch profiles precisely and in real time — simply via the attendee's email address or ticket code.

  3. 3

    In-app tickets

Since ticket links are part of the provided API information, you can show users their ticket right inside your app.
